depending on your age.

shop around to get the best deal for you. For more help with

Make sure the company you choose is registered with the Financial
Services Authority (FSA) by checking them out on the FSA's
website.
What does the St. Leger Homes scheme offer?
You can make easy weekly payments and there is no excess (extra
money) to pay if you make a claim. Premiums start at under £0.72 a
week, depending on your age.
The policy includes:
• New for old cover
• Cover for theft, flood, fire, water
damage, and freezer contents
• Cover for vandalism
• Accidental damage to TVs, video
recorders, mirrors and fixed glass in furniture
• Cover for theft or loss of keys
Premiums are paid with your normal rent and you won't have to
pay during rent free weeks.
Additional cover is now available for personal belongings,

If you or anyone living in your home has unspent convictions,
you may not be able take out St. Leger Homes, Home Contents
Insurance - each case is considered on it's own merits. Please

What about the structure of my home?
The structure of your home – such as foundations, external walls
and roof – is the responsibility of St Leger Homes. Please let St.
Leger Homes know straight away if there is any damage to the
structure of your home.
What else is St. Leger Homes responsible
for?
You may make an insurance claim against St. Leger Homes for any
damage, loss or injury it causes. For example, if maintenance staff
accidentally burst a pipe in your home, resulting in damage to your
furniture, you may be able to make a claim against St. Leger
Homes.
St. Leger Homes investigates every claim properly. If you have
